Laws! It is, however, the customers responsibility to insure there are
no laws in his or her area that prohibit the ordering of the
items desired. The customer certifies by virtue of the placing

Shipments to S.C. residents are billed the State 5% Sales Tax.
PSS does not presently sell outside the 48 contiguous states. We
apologize to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska, however, the "Ground
Only" laws that apply to certain products are difficult to
control on shipments to these two States.
Please note: PSS will ship all orders
within 72 hours after the order is received. In the event that an
item is out of stock and cannot be drop shipped within 72 hours,
PSS will contact the purchaser for further instructions. If
desired, the purchaser has the option of canceling the order.
