Refund and Exchange Policies

Return Policy:
Personal Security Supplies guarantees all products. If a product is defective when received, you may return the item to Personal Security Supplies. After five days of receipt, defective products that have a manufacturers warranty are to be handled via the manufacturer's warranty instructions.

Refund Policy:
Personal Security Supplies will refund any item within 30 days of receipt. Item must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

Exchange Policy:
Products received from Personal Security Supplies that have a generic manufacturer (ie. no brand name) are returnable to Personal Security Supplies for exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
